These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pion4d. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pion4d. Age verification is mandatory at registration and may be requested again at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold exactly one active pion4d account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotional credits carry a wagering requirement — the minimum rollover amount before a withdrawal may be initiated. Wagering requirements are stated in full on each individual promotion page and must be reviewed before claiming any offer.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, collusion, use of betting bots or automated scripts, and any attempt to exploit software errors are strictly prohibited. pion4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited activities are detected.
pion4d primarily serves players based in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using this platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pion4d does not accept liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use is restricted.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:
To register and maintain an active Account on pion4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on pion4d. You may not create, operate, or control more than one Account under any circumstances, including under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods. Multiple accounts detected from the same household are subject to review and may be treated as duplicate accounts at pion4d's discretion.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pion4d is not liable for delays in processing withdrawals or verifying identity where inaccurate registration details have been provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted via your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — is your legal responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized it. Report any suspected unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
All Accounts on pion4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR via supported local payment channels. pion4d does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
pion4d is required to verify the identity of members before processing withdrawal requests. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard industry and regulatory requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
To complete KYC, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following:
KYC document review is completed within 24 hours during WIB business hours. Submissions received after 22:00 WIB are reviewed from 08:00 WIB the following day. Withdrawals are held pending KYC completion and released promptly once verification is approved.
Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of being requested will result in Account suspension. pion4d reserves the right to return the deposited principal to the original payment method and close the Account if KYC documents are not received within this period.
pion4d accepts deposits via the following channels, subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction:
Deposits via major bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within 2–10 minutes during WIB banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited within 1–5 minutes. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may take longer to confirm. pion4d is not responsible for delays caused by the member's banking institution.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If pion4d detects a deposit originating from an account in a name other than the Member's registered Account name, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section and is subject to change. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements on any active bonus balance; (c) have a real-money Balance equal to or above the minimum withdrawal threshold; and (d) have made at least one qualifying deposit using the intended withdrawal method.
Approved withdrawal requests are processed to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts within 5–30 minutes during WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available banking window. pion4d targets same-business-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 21:00 WIB.
Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit. pion4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts and vary by Account tier and verification status. Members who have completed full KYC and hold Gold VIP tier or above may request a limit review through their Account manager.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by pion4d are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus credits must be rolled over a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., "8x rollover") is stated on each promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting typically contributes 100%; live casino games may contribute 20–50%; slot games contribution rates vary by title and are stated in the game panel.
Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page (typically 7–30 days from credit). Expired bonus credits are removed from the Account automatically; no extension will be granted after expiry.
pion4d actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abu se. Prohibited bonus abuse behaviors include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; wagering on opposing outcomes across accounts to guarantee profit regardless of result; placing low-risk or zero-risk bets solely to meet rollover requirements; and any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
pion4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect wagering requirements already accepted by a Member on a claimed bonus.
All sports bets — including football markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. Asian handicap lines, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (handicap) markets each carry distinct settlement rules. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each market before placing a wager.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) is offered in 2D, 3D, and 4D formats. Draw schedules, prize tables, and closing times are displayed within the togel section. Bets placed after the stated closing time for a draw will not be accepted. In the event of a disputed draw result, pion4d's recorded result is final and binding.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by certified dealers. pion4d does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond ensuring the integrity of the stream and the dealer's compliance with game rules. Technical disconnections occurring mid-hand are resolved in accordance with each game provider's documented disconnection policy.
All slot game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results over any individual session. RTP figures for each title are accessible within the game information panel.
pion4d reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined; (b) the odds were published in error at a manifestly incorrect price; (c) the event was cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned before the minimum required play time was completed; or (d) the bet was placed by a suspended or restricted account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pion4d and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the pion4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, written content, game graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pion4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pion4d. Unauthorized use of pion4d's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pion4d's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pion4d is not liable for:
pion4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the conditions under which it may be shared with third parties, and your rights as a data subject.
pion4d does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfill regulatory obligations.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via the email address provided in Clause 16. Upon receiving a closure request, pion4d will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money Balance within the standard processing window and deactivate the Account. Bonus Credits not yet converted to withdrawable Balance are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
pion4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Member is found to be ineligible under Clause 2; (c) pion4d is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; or (d) the Member's Account poses a fraud, security, or money laundering risk. Where a suspension is imposed for investigation purposes, pion4d will complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Member.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Credits are immediately forfeited. Real-money Balance (net of any amounts subject to dispute or investigation) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
pion4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Members who have logged in within the preceding 90 days will be notified via the email address registered on their Account. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pion4d is incorporated and licensed internationally. While pion4d primarily serves the Indonesian market, the Platform is operated under an international licensing framework. Members acknowledge that online betting regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development and agree that they bear full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable Indonesian law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with pion4d's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as designated by pion4d at the time the dispute is initiated. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
