Privacy Policy — pion4d

At pion4d, the privacy and security of your personal data are treated as non-negotiable obligations — not optional courtesies. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, who we share it with, and what rights you hold as a member. Please read this document carefully before using the Platform.

Privacy at a Glance

Six core privacy commitments that every pion4d member should know. Full legal detail follows in the clauses below.

SSL Encryption in Transit

All data exchanged between your device and pion4d servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. No personal or financial information travels in plaintext across the network under any circumstances.

No Data Sales to Third Parties

pion4d does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is strictly limited to operational partners — payment processors, KYC services, and fraud prevention providers — on a need-to-know basis.

Purpose-Limited Collection

We collect only the data that is necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not collect data speculatively or beyond the stated purposes in this Policy.

Defined Retention Periods

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Account data is retained for a minimum of five years after Account closure for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

Your Rights Are Real

As a pion4d member, you hold meaningful rights over your personal data — including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your information. We respond to verified data subject requests within 30 days of receipt.

Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a material risk to your rights, pion4d will notify affected members within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, including a clear description of the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to mitigate it.
